We offer free diagnostics for most devices. A full assessment will be provided before any repair work begins, and you will be informed of the cost and timeframe.
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. You will be contacted before any additional work is carried out.
When you place an order through our website or in-store, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate (20%). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or devices are returned after repair.
All online payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. We never store your full card details.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.

When leaving a device for repair, you must:
We are not responsible for any data loss during repairs. We strongly recommend you back up all data before handing over your device. While we take reasonable care, some repairs may result in data loss.
Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion notification. After 30 days, a storage fee of £5 per day may apply. Devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, after written notice.
