All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title to products passes to you upon full payment.
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and return products for a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to the original payment method.
Repair estimates are provided free of charge. Actual costs may vary upon inspection of the device.
We will seek your authorization before proceeding with any repairs that exceed the initial estimate.
Repairs are covered by a warranty period as specified at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship only.
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact you.
Products come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Additional warranty terms may be specified at the time of purchase.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
