At Laptop Spares & Repairs LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process.
2. Products - Right to Cancel
For products purchased through our online shop:
- You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless item is faulty)
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the fault or incorrect item
- We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be processed
4. Repair Services
For repair services, our refund policy is:
- Before repair starts: Full refund of any deposit
- Repair unsuccessful: No charge for labour; parts at cost if used
- Customer changes mind after repair: No refund available
5. Warranty on Repairs
All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:
- Parts we installed
- Workmanship quality
- Same issue recurring
The warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to our repair.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Special order or custom-spec items
- Software licenses once activated
- Items showing signs of use or installation
- Opened/unsealed items for hygiene reasons
7. How to Return

8. Refund Timeline

9. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.

- Packaging is damaged or missing
- Accessories are missing from the return

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeline:
